When you visit www.ameravoice.com, our system automatically places a “cookie” on your computer to identify you while you are visiting our site. If your browser does not accept cookies, you will be unable to enroll or log into our site. Once you terminate your session, only your user ID remains in the cookie on your hard drive. We may compile and share aggregate data from cookies to analyze and improve our service, but this information does not identify individuals.

Sharing Information with Our Affiliates

The use of certain www.ameravoice.com features and services requires that you supply personal information that may include but is not limited to your name and e-mail address. With your permission, we may use this information to send you our e-mail newsletter. When you register for unique services on our site, we collect additional information from you in order to provide you with those specific services and to personalize your experience on the site. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as legally required, including:

· AmeraVoice agents and service providers who send our email and postal mail, analyze data, provide marketing, process applications and payments, service your account, etc. These agents and service providers may access the personal information needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for any other purpose.

· Other third parties, when disclosure is legally required or in order to apply or enforce our rights, including fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may also disclose information to protect the rights, property or safety of AmeraVoice, our customers and others.

· The purchaser, in the event of a change of AmeraVoice ownership where the business does not materially change and the purchase continues to service your account.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Ameravoice Service Plans

If you are unsatisfied with your Ameravoice service plan for any reason in the first 30 days after signing up and have not used more than 100 minutes of calling time, you can cancel for a full refund of fees paid (activation fee + first month’s service).
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Monthly service plans and minutes of use on metered plans are not refundable. For business plans, though, equipment fees and activation fees are refundable. You will be responsible for any international per-minute charges (calls to non-Ameravoice telephone numbers outside the United States and Canada and worldwide) incurred during the 30-day period.
All we ask is that you call customer support to obtain a Returned Material Authorization number at 302-824-0111 and send the equipment back to us in good working order. Once we receive the equipment, we will issue a credit to your credit card.

We have not reviewed the privacy policies of these websites; we make no representations about their security, and are not responsible for their privacy practices. It’s a good idea to review the privacy policy of each site you visit.

Affiliate/Partner Websites

AmeraVoice Inc. enters into special relationships to offer a broader array of services to our users. On occasions when we partner with another affiliate to bring you more comparison-shopping functionality, we do not host these pages on our own servers. In these instances, information may be collected but it is being collected by the partner and not by AmeraVoice Inc. AmeraVoice Inc may receive information from these partners only when it is clearly stated. Unless you give explicit permission, AmeraVoice Inc. has a strict policy against sharing or selling your personal information.
