Calls forwarding service is very useful when your virtual phone number is assigned to your ATA/Phone or your Softphone and you are currently offline. You can set call forwarding to your mobile phone, or any other phone. If a new call comes in and our system recognizes that you are offline, then the call will be instantaneously transferred to your predefined phone number.
You can define more than one phone number. For example when you want to be sure that the calls will reaches you, then add another phone number, e.g. your home phone. Call forwarding can also be set on other events like number busy and no answer.
To add a new forwarding rule click on “Calls forwarding” button and then click “add new”.

Set priority – that is a sequence in which the calls will be forwarded to defined numbers (the highest priority is 01), then put the phone number to which the calls will be directed and select the event or events which will trigger the forwarding process (you can select all three options).

Hold, call waiting, call forwarding
These services are especially useful in connection with virtual numbers when more than one caller is trying to reach you at the same time. Below are some examples:
Example 1. Call waiting + hold for new incoming call. If you are ina conversation and at the same time someone is trying to call you, your phone should signal this by a beeping sound and/or display appropriate information on the phone’s display (with caller ID info). If you want to answer the newly coming call without dropping current conversation press hold – in many phones this function is executed by quick clicking on the phone’s cradle. As a result you will answer the second call while keeping the first one on hold. If you want to switch back to the first call just click hold again.
Example 2. Hold with dialing new number. If you answer a call and during conversation need to dial another number click on Hold. You should hear the dial tone allowing for placing new call. Dial a phone number and connect, at any moment you can switch back to the previous connection by clicking hold again. Every time you click hold it will switch between the connections.
Example 3. Call forwarding . It is analogous service to call forwarding offered on our system’s side. The difference is that in this case the forwarding is being initiated by your gateway/IP phone what means that they have to be registered (online) all the time. Call forwarding on the device’s level is to be configured in the device’s settings.
Adding funds to your Account
Having logged in to the system you can recharge your account at any time by adding your chosen amount. To add funds just select the amount and click on the PROCEED button. You will be transferred to a secure payment gateway. At this gateway website you can securely enter your contact and credit card information for processing. Once your credit is approved, your account will be automatically updated with the amount you chose.
