How does AmeraVoice accounts work?
To use AmeraVoice calling accounts, you will need to sign up for an account.  An AmeraVoice prepaid account can be opened instantly for free, but you will have to fund the account to start making calls. You can fund your account with as little as $20.00 and start making calls right away.   As you make calls, charges are deducted from your account balance.  With each call you place, you will hear your remaining balance. You may add funds to your account at any time or enable the Auto-Recharge option so you never have to worry about running out of call time.  At Ameravoice, we make it simple for you.


You may use a credit card (Visa, American Express, or MasterCard) or PayPal to fund your account.

Can I use my account number to make calls from any phone?
You can use your calling account from any phone in the world at anytime! Your Ameravoice calling account is also the perfect traveling partner, giving you access to savings from any phone in the world.!

Can I make Ameravoice calling account calls with my cell phone?
Yes! You can make calls within the U.S. and Canada to more than 250 countries from your cell phone! Making international calls with your cell phone is easy - and the same great rates apply. You may, however, incur airtime charges or additional charges depending on your cellular service plan. Consult your cellular provider for details.

Are the rates higher if I call TO a cellular phone?
If you call TO a cellular phone outside of the U.S. or Canada, a higher rate per minute may apply. Please consult the rates for the country you are calling. If there is no cellular rate listed, the country rate is the rate you will pay.

Are there any additional charges?
With Ameravoice, there are no hidden charges!

Can I make  calls right away?
Yes, you can! You will have a minimum $3.00 balance available for calls until your credit card is verified. Your full balance will be available for calls within 2 hours. You will receive an e-mail notice when verification is complete.

Can I use Ameravoice accounts to make calls while I am outside of the U.S.?
Yes.

What is the PayPal payment agreement?
When paying using PayPal, you will be asked to accept an agreement that allows Ameravoice to debit an amount from your PayPal account on your behalf. This is done to allow Auto-Recharge to work on your Ameravoice account.  Please note that we will only debit funds from your account if you selected the Auto-Recharge option.

If you did not select the Auto-Recharge option, you still need to accept the agreement to pay using PayPal, but we will not debit your account further. (We keep a record of the agreement on file in case you later add Auto-Recharge to your account.) For further information on this agreement, please consult the PayPal website.

How do I retrieve my Account Number or PIN?
If you forget your account login information, we can automatically send it to the e-mail address you used when you set up your account. You can also retrieve your Account Number by contacting Ameravoice Customer Service at 1-302-824-0111 option 2.
