Virtual phone numbers are normal numbers, that can be called from anywhere, no matter where the caller is located, no matter whether it is from mobile phone or from a landline. The connection is being transferred via the Internet to your account on Ameravoice system and will ring your IP phone or your software phone. 
If you add to your account a phone number for example from London then if someone calls it your IP phone will ring regardless of its geographical location. If it happens you are offline at the moment the call can be forwarded to any other phone number, e.g. your mobile phone or to voicemail - depending on your preferences defined in the account’s settings. The same can be set for other events like busy or no answer.     

      Virtual numbers can be used even without having an IP phone or internet connection. You can forward calls coming to such numbers to your mobile or landline. For example, your virtual number in Jamaica can be forwarded to your USA mobile for the time you are there.

Virtual presence – if you are running a business, you can give your foreign customers the ability to call you through a local virtual numbers located in their respective countries.. Apart from the advantages for the customers (they do not have to make international calls), having phone numbers in different countries gives the impression of your company being an international one, without the necessity of opening real branches, so,you can concentrate your business in one location. 

      To order a virtual phone number you will need an account with Ameravoice. When signing up, select the amount which your account will be funded.
The amount cannot be lower than the sum of the setup fee and monthly fee for the first month for a number from chosen country/city. These fees are deducted from your account when you place an order. Next monthly fee is taken exactly a month from the date of placing the order. These fees are taken directly from the account. 
Ameravoice will send an emails reminder to recharge your account when your balance is low. A virtual phone number from the selected country/city is assigned to your account just after placing the order!

How to order?

1) log in to your Ameravoice account, if you do not have an account first sign up

2) After logging in click on theVirtual numbers button in the menu on the left

3) Click on “add new number” button. A list of available countries will appear

4) Pick a country and click on “show regions” button. A list of available cities/areas will appear

5) Choose a city and enter the quantity of phone numbers you wish to order, by default it is one number.

6) Confirm the order following the instructions that appear on the page.

7) Your new virtual phone number will be displayed on the web page, after which, the number is active and ready to use. You can manageyour virtual numbers thrugh the www.ameravoice.com website, also you can cancel it at any moment (the last monthly fee deducted from your account in advance will not be refunded regardless of the date of resignation)
